WHAT ARE DRINKS ON TAP?

If drinks are on tap, they come from a draft system rather than from a bottle.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 120 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit.

In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. Tapped Bayou does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.

DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?

Let’s be honest, Louisiana’s weather is unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking, we cannot predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services. Tents must be at minimum 9ft tall for our bars to fit inside.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we are covered under a general liability insurance policy.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?

Our mobile tap bar requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down. TAP Trailer can fit in most 13' x 7' x 7' spaces. If your event is located somewhere without electricity, we can add a generator to your package.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available. That being said, earlier is always better. 

DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?

Currently we do not carry a Liquor License which Louisiana State Laws prevent us from providing or selling you alcohol. We will connect you with one of our reputable preferred vendors to purchase kegs from them, or we provide you with a detailed Total Wine shopping list to make sure you get everything you need! 

However, we will pick up your purchased kegs and return them to the supplier after the event. We also have 5Gal kegs that can be used for juice/tea, mixed cocktails, and water. We will do our best to make your beverage dreams come true!

CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN BARTENDERS?

Yes, absolutely! If you are working with a caterer for your event, they are more than welcomed to staff and stock the bar. We just have to approve the caterer prior to the event. Remember when you rent a bar from us you are responsible for any damage so make sure you are comfortable with the caterer and their staff.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THAT THE GUEST DO NOT HAVE TOO MUCH TO DRINK?

The host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. 

WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash, checks and most credit cards. Credit card payments will be assessed a 3% service fee.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based in Jeanerette, LA. and provide mobile bar services in Broussard, Lafayette, Morgan City and Baton Rouge, LA.

DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?

Yes, our travel rate changes depending on how far away your event is located from Jeanerette. This pays for transportation of your choice of mobile bar, bartenders (if needed), supplies, and beverages. 

WHAT SORT OF EVENTS USE OUR SERVICE?

Our mobile beverage catering systems are a perfect service for just about any event.  From corporate events, birthdays, graduations, crawfish boils, holiday parties, festivals, & more.

CAN WE DECORATE THE MOBILE BAR TRAILER UNITS TO MATCH THE DECOR AT OUR EVENT?

Any decorations that do NOT include fire, nails, glue, or objects that will damage the units can be used to decorate.
